AINIQ Open Beta Terms

These terms explain how the AINIQ digital twin may be used during the open beta. The service is currently free, ad-free, and provided for testing and feedback. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these terms.

1. Service overview

AINIQ is a reflective assistant that builds a private digital twin from the answers and interactions you choose to share. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be treated as suggestions rather than instructions.

2. Beta scope and free access

• All payments, ads, token balances, and premium modules are disabled. Usage is unlimited during the beta.
• Features labelled “Coming soon” are placeholders and may not respond yet.
• We may add, change, or remove functionality without notice while we iterate on feedback.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

4. Data handling and privacy

• By default we store your onboarding answers. Chat history is saved only if you opt in.
• You can reset or export your information from Settings → Personalisation.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data (health, financial identifiers, confidential company information) unless you have the right to do so.
• We process data in the EU where possible and follow GDPR principles of minimisation and transparency.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service respectfully and within the law.
• Do not attempt to attack the infrastructure, probe security, or overload the system.
• Do not use AINIQ to generate disinformation, harass others, or violate intellectual property.

6. Feedback and experiments

• We may invite you to share feedback, bug reports, or survey answers. Participation is optional.
• By sending feedback you give us permission to use it to improve AINIQ without further obligation.

7. Availability and changes

• The beta is provided “as is” with no uptime guarantee. Outages or data loss may occur.
• We may suspend or end the beta at any time. If we plan a major change we will try to give reasonable notice.

8. Termination

• You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data from Settings.
• We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or misuse the product.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AINIQ and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta. Our total liability is limited to €100. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
