AINIQ Newsletter Sweepstakes

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by AINIQ, operating under Finnish law ("Sponsor"). Contact: legal@ainiq.app.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
• Have a valid email address;
• Are legal residents of eligible jurisdictions (see Section 3 for excluded jurisdictions).

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Excluded Jurisdictions

Due to varying legal requirements regarding sweepstakes and promotional activities, residents of the following jurisdictions are NOT eligible to participate:

United States

• New York – Requires registration and bonding for prizes over $5,000
• Florida – Requires registration and trust account for prizes over $5,000
• Rhode Island – Requires registration for all sweepstakes
• Any other U.S. state where participation would require Sponsor registration that has not been completed

Other Excluded Jurisdictions

• Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region – International sanctions
• Italy – Requires notification to Ministry of Economic Development
• Belgium – Strict lottery law restrictions on promotional games
• Brazil – Requires federal authorization for promotional campaigns
• India – State-by-state regulations vary; excluded for administrative simplicity
• Quebec, Canada – Requires Régie des alcools registration
• Any jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes would be prohibited, restricted, or require government registration

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes is ongoing. Drawings occur quarterly. Each quarterly period begins on the first day of each calendar quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) and ends on the last day of that quarter.

Entries received during a quarter are eligible only for that quarter's drawing.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Visit ainiq.app
2. Locate the newsletter subscription form
3. Enter your valid email address
4. Submit the form to complete your entry

Limit: One (1) entry per person per email address per quarterly period. Multiple entries using the same email address will be disqualified. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without subscribing to the newsletter, send a handwritten postcard with your full name, email address, and the words "AINIQ Sweepstakes Entry" to: AINIQ Sweepstakes, [Address available upon request at legal@ainiq.app]. Postcard entries must be postmarked within the entry period and received within 7 days of the period end.

6. Prize

• Prize: One (1) €200 gift card (or cash equivalent at Sponsor's discretion)
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €200 EUR
• Number of Winners: One (1) winner per quarterly drawing
• Total Annual ARV: €800 EUR (four quarterly drawings)

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Within fourteen (14) days after each quarterly entry period ends, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legally permitted) within fourteen (14) days of notification.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; (b) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission; (c) theft or destruction of entry materials; (d) failures of any third-party services.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during entry will be used for Sweepstakes administration and, if subscribed, newsletter delivery in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Winner's name may be disclosed as required by law or for winner announcement purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Finland without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. For participants in the EU/EEA, this does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

13. Winner List

For a list of winners, send a request to legal@ainiq.app within 60 days after each quarterly drawing. Please specify which quarterly drawing you are inquiring about.
